It has emerged that Jermaine Jackson, the brother of pop star Michael, may be as keen on cosmetic surgery as his more famous brother.

The former member of the Jackson 5 has come to the fore after entering the latest series of Celebrity Big Brother.

An unusual plaster across his nose has prompted talk that Jermaine, 52, may have a similar penchant for plastic surgery as his brother.

Plastic surgeon Apostolos Gaitanis told Contact Music: "The way the strips have been placed is the way we put them when we do rhinotip surgery.

"These are like light paper stitches that must be kept on night and day for five or six days to keep the skin in the desired position."

Another star of the 70s, singer Leo Sayer, is being tipped to win the contest, which includes other notables such as former A Team actor Dirk Benedict and film director Ken Russell.
