TV totty Cat Deeley has said she would not consider having plastic surgery as she is happy just the way she is.

The 30-year-old TV presenter, who shot to fame on MTV alongside Scottish hotty Edith Bowman, said that while she was content at the moment it could be a different story when she gets older.

She told OK Magazine: "I've been quite lucky so far. I've got quite nice skin and I'm ageing reasonably well. Touch wood! Actually I should rub myself on wood! But everyone's having plastic surgery, aren't they?

"They'll all end up looking exactly the same. Ask me in 30 years and I may say something completely different."

Cat admitted she would hate to lose her trademark smile that makes men go weak at the knees.

"What if my nice smile has fallen? I've got a lavender rinse and I'm slightly balding with varicose veins? I mean, what if in 30 years everyone's doing it and I look like some old bag?"
