Plastic surgery-loving Hollywood actress Demi Moore has really pushed the envelope with her latest operation – a knee lift.

That's right, the star of such cinematic classics as GI Jane, Striptease, Now and Then and Disclosure, has decided to have a nip and tuck on her saggy knees.

Ms Moore, who is married to toy boy hunk Ashton Kutcher, has spent a small fortune remodelling her body through cosmetic surgery.

The 43-year-old has spent in the region of £230,000 on improving her looks and has had everything from breast implants to liposuction and collagen injections, reports the Daily Mail.

Her latest venture is said to have cost her around £5,000 partly due to the difficult nature of the operation.

A source close to the actress said: "Demi went to Brian Novack, who has already done work on her. He is a fantastic surgeon and his clients don't look like they've had surgery. Demi couldn't stand it that there was any part of her that is not perfect."

"She is also sensitive about her age, although Ashton has told her a million times he doesn't care what she looks like because he loves her.

"A lot of her friends were trying to talk her out of having more surgery. Worrying about her knees, of all things, is just silly. She's lucky that's the only part of her left to sag!"
